Withdraw homosexual statement, Karpal told

DAP national chairman Karpal Singh has been urged to retract his statement 15 years ago which alleged that Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim was involved in homosexual activities if he wanted the opposition leader to become the next prime minister.

"It is important for them to do so to prove that the opposition does not accept immoral individuals to become their leader.

"Maybe Karpal, DAP and Pas can accept a sodomiser to become the next prime minister but the Malay Muslims can never acknowledge such a person to be the national leader.said, "Former Perak Parti Keadilan Rakyat youth chief Faizal Affendi .
