KUALA LUMPUR: The flaws of the MySikap portal has infuriated driving school operators, with Ma-laysian Driving Institute Association (Pima) president Mat Aris Bakar describing it as a bad reflection of the Road Transport Department's (RTD) efficiency.
Mat Aris said driving schools were not given an introduction to the system prior to its implementation on Nov 1, adding that this had caused its implementation to be flawed.
